If you have been searching for MWC episodes, you can stop now. =)
Because we GOT them!

Step 1. Download mIRC
Step 2. Connect to server "EFnet" (It's in the list)
Step 3. Join channel "#marriedwithchildren"
Step 4. Type "!list"
Step 5. Type one of the "triggers" (example: !gimme mwc)

And then just follow the instructions.

VirtualDub - One of the best converting programs.
Synchronizer - If the sound is out of sync with the image,
resync it with this

So you wanna contribute with hosting a server ?
Please note that 56k servers are just no use. ;)

Step 1. Get an fserve script, Sysreset , Syris & Invision are recommended.
Step 2: Configure the script. (Yeah that's it)

A TV-IN card
A TV-Application (usually comes with the card)
Virtualdub

How to cap to divx (ONLY if yu have a fast cpu)
How to cap to mpg/vcd1 (you can convert to divx later)
How to convert mpg/vcd to divx
