I've come across two pictures from Oliver! that didn't make it to the final film. This one is from an English or American children's book published in 1968. It obviously shows Oliver's birth, which would also explain why in some cast lists "Oliver's mother" is listed.
I found this in a Persian (I think) translation made for kids of Oliver Twist with illustrations from the movie. This one is a little confusing. It seems Oliver's learning French, but I can't think of where it would fit in the story.

00 11 22 A friend of Mark Lester's told me that this picture was taken during one of Mark's turoring lessons, it's not from the movie. But the question remains: How did the Persians get this into their Oliver Twist translation?
