| Maskmakare och Skulptör med
speciell inriktning på trä och läder. Baserat på
traditionellt hantverk utvecklas nya tekniker för formning av
olika typer av skinn, t.ex. pergament och fiskskinn. Design och
formgivning av masker och annat hantverk för teater, opera och
dans. Även exklusiv smyckesdesign i silver och bl.a. svartek efter
specifika önskemål. Gästundervisar
bl.a. på HDK/ Stenebyskolan i Dals-Långed och vid
Attributmakarutbildningen vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet i
Skellefteå.
"- Jag är utbildad skådespelare med maskteater som inriktning vid Dell'arte International School of Physical Theatre i USA. Jag har arbetat som skådespelare i USA med bland annat San Diego Repetory Theatre och Dell'Arte Players Company. I Sverige arbetat med ett flertal teatrar däribland Skaraborgs Länsteater. Jag undervisar i maskgestaltning, clown och improvisationsteknik regelbundet på Högskolan för Teater och Musik i Göteborg och har också genomfört kurser vid bl.a. Dramatiska Institutet i Stockholm. - Dessa erfarenheter gör att jag i anslutning till mitt maskmakeri kan erbjuda träning i maskgestaltning. Att hjälpa skådespelaren med hans eller hennes arbete med masken, eller regissören att uppnå det uttryck han eller hon vill uppnå. Denna form av träning har jag genomfört under ett flertal produktioner t.ex. "Medea" vid Helsingborgs Stadsteater, "Ett Drömspel" vid Masthuggsteatern, Göteborg och ett flertal produktioner vid Västanå teater. Erfarenhet av regi och koreografi av ett flertal maskteaterproduktioner." Genomförde 2003-2005 Forskningsprojektet "Nordens Masker och dess gestaltning" Undervisat vid ett flertal universitet och konferenser i bl.a. USA. 2005 inbjuden att visa masker vid World Stage Design i Toronto, Canada. |

Based on traditional handcraft new "- I'm trained performer on masked theatre at the Dell'arte International School of Physical Theatre in USA. I've worked as an actor, instructor and maskmaker in USA and Scandinavia since 1985. In USA with San Diego Repertory Theatre and Dell'Arte Players Company, in Sweden with a number of theatregroups. As teacher I work regularly at the National School of Theatre and Music in Gothenburg. I have also led workshops at the Dramatic Institute in Stockholm. - Because of this experience I can offer acting training in addition to maskmaking. The training is designed to help actors with their first exploration of the mask, or the director to achieve the expression he or she desires with the mask. I have done this form of training in most of the productions I've created masks for. I also have experience as director and choreographer of masktheatre productions. " I've been invited to teach at the University of North Carolina, University of South Carolina, Colombia and University of Southern Illinois, Carbondale. Invited to have lectures and to perform at the 1:st National Conference on masked theatre in IOWA 2001, The SETC- Chattanooga 2003 and the International Conference on Masks and Transformation, Illinois 2005. Also invited to show masks at WSD-05 in Toronto, Canada. I am also guest teacher at Stenebyskolan, Dals-Langed (
